Our projects and scheduled rates allow for you to know in advance what the hourly rate is and an estimate of the amount of time that it might take.     Our hourly rates start at $85 depending on the resource requirement and needs. Should you have a need for IT Support, that it would be best to call our office number at 1.937.874.5144 to find out what kind of support rates you might need.
  • Even the holidays?
    We understand that not everyone celebrates certain holidays and that certain critical services are 24x7x365 and we want to have the availability should they need it as well. Since technology never sleeps, support should never stop.
  • Can I lock in hourly rates?
    Given that everything in the economy can be always on the rise in pricing, that we do have what we call a break/fix contract that will lock in our rates for a 6-month period. This allows us to be able to respond quicker because the customer already knows what the hourly rate is going to be upfront without having to ask each time. This will also lock in rates for projects as well.
